Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping - We ship all of our orders throughout the Lower 48 continental US via LTL freight line. We will have the delivery driver contact you before making the delivery. Make sure you provide a good phone number to avoid any delays as all orders require a delivery appointment. To make sure your items are received in good condition, we will not drop off any deliveries outside your business with out an appointment or someone there to sign for it. Please make sure to answer calls or your delivery will be delayed. If we are unable to deliver due to not being able to reach you by phone, the unit will be returned back to us and the shipping charge will not be refunded.

This is a curbside delivery meaning the driver will get as close as they can to your business. The delivery truck will have a liftgate on it as well. This will help lower your item(s) to the ground. You will be responsible for uncrating and moving your item(s) inside. We do not offer any inside delivery options.

Delivery Inspection

Customer agrees to inspect all packaging and open and inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery and photograph and report any damage to packaging or merchandise in writing to the driver on the delivery paperwork before the driver leaves the premises and immediately inform Elite Kitchen Supply (EKS). Furthermore, any concealed damage must be photographed and reported to EKS within 3 calendar days. Any damaged merchandise must be retained with its original packaging for possible return until notified otherwise by EKS. Customer acknowledges that failure to follow these procedures will nullify and invalidate any claim submitted for damages.

Report any visible or hidden shipping damages to us by emailing info@elitekitchen.us with the subject "Shipping Damages". Include images of the damages. 

After these steps are followed, we will get replacement items to you immediately, free of charge. Elite Kitchen Supply is always on your side and will work hard to make every return fast and painless.

Returns

Our items are thoroughly tested in our factory before we ship them out. Occasionally during the shipping process, something may happen where something becomes loose or misaligned resulting in the unit not operating correctly. We stand behind our products and offer a 30 day return policy if the product happens to not be operational on arrival. Please make sure to inspect your items right away even if you plan on not using them immediately. Returns due to buyers remorse or are missing the original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is solely for arranging the pick up of the product at your place of business. All returns require the original shipping pallet or else the carrier will not be able to pick it up.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@elitekitchen.us

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@elitekitchen.us

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
